Who I Am

My name is Phil, owner of Central WI House Buyers. I’m a local home buyer serving Central Wisconsin, a U.S. Army veteran, and a proud Stevens Point resident since 2014. I’ve been learning, investing, and working in real estate since 2020, with a strong focus on helping people through challenging transitions.

This isn’t a large, out-of-town company — it’s a local business built on relationships, trust, and respect for our community.

Why I Started Central WI House Buyers

Over the years, I’ve seen too many people in our community lose their homes to foreclosure, tax sales, or stressful situations that could have turned out differently with the right support. I’ve also watched families struggle to manage inherited homes while grieving the loss of a loved one.
